DENVER, Colo., October 14, 2026 — NexGen Lead Groups, a free referral network headquartered in Denver, is now accepting new members for its first three Colorado groups: Denver Metro, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Membership costs nothing. Each group holds one seat per trade, meets online for 45 minutes every week and offers an optional in-person meetup once a month. Business owners can request a seat at nexgenleadgroups.com/join.

The network is built for owners who want referrals without the dues, breakfasts and rehearsed pitches of a traditional leads group. Instead of a round-the-table sales speech, each meeting is spent on specific asks, real introductions and follow-up between paired members.

Three Colorado groups, one seat per trade

  • Denver Metro: Denver, Aurora, Lakewood and the surrounding metro area
  • Colorado Springs: Monument to Fountain
  • Fort Collins: Loveland, Windsor and Northern Colorado

Because each group holds one seat per trade, the first business in a trade to join a group takes that trade's seat. New groups can form as membership grows. Colorado is the first state with live groups, and every other state is open for a founding leader to claim at nexgenleadgroups.com/claim-your-state.

A 45-minute weekly exchange

Every group runs the same tight format online:

  • Wins, 5 minutes. Members report introductions that turned into work.
  • Ask rounds in pods, 15 minutes. In small pods of four, each member names one specific person or customer they want to meet, and the pod answers with names.
  • Power Pair huddles, 15 minutes. Each member is paired with the trade whose customers tend to need them next. Partners trade the week's leads and check on last week's. Pairs can be changed any week.
  • Hot seat, 10 minutes. One member brings one real business problem and the whole group works on it.

Free tools between meetings

NexGen Lead Groups also offers four free browser tools that anyone can use, with notes kept on the user's own device:

  • Power Pair board: drag two trades together to see how much their customers overlap
  • Idea Machine: type a keyword to get partner trades, trigger moments and lines partners can use
  • Who Do I Know: a guided exercise that turns "I can't think of anyone" into a short list
  • Lead Card: hand off a referral with the details, how warm it is and the contact's permission

Free, donation based, and built on showing up

There are no membership dues and no application fee. Optional donations keep the technology and meetups running. What keeps a seat is participation: weekly virtual attendance and real introductions. The network's published Contribution Code reserves the right to withdraw seats from members who do not take part, and a person reviews every seat request.

"Referrals come from people who know your work and see you every week. We took out the dues and the speeches and kept what actually produces introductions: consistent meetings, specific asks and a partner whose customers need you next," NexGen Lead Groups said in a statement.

Colorado is a natural first state. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy, Colorado has 730,887 small businesses, and 378,321 of them are in the Denver-Aurora-Centennial metro area.

How to join

Business owners can choose their trade and the group closest to their customers at www.nexgenleadgroups.com/join. Questions can go to info@eyetoad.com or 1-800-481-8638.
