Reading

Everything on this site is free to read. There is no paywall and no registration. You may read it, print it, save it and share the link without asking us.

Quoting our work

You may quote a reasonable extract of any article for commentary, criticizm, news reporting or research, provided you attribute it to Action Global News and link to the original page. That is ordinary fair use and we encourage it.

What we ask you not to do is republish an article in full without permission, or reproduce enough of it that a reader has no reason to visit the original. If you want to republish something in full, ask — we usually say yes.

Live headline modules on this site display headlines from other organizations' public syndication feeds. Those headlines and the articles behind them belong to those publishers, not to us. We claim no rights over them and you should not treat our display of a headline as a license to anything.

We work to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them, as described in our editorial standards. But what we publish is journalism and analysis, not professional advice.

Submissions

If you send us a news tip, an announcement or other material, you confirm you have the right to send it. You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it in our reporting, subject to any attribution arrangement we agree with you.

We cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential unless you tell us it is confidential before you send it and we agree.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that degrade service for other readers, or misrepresent our content as your own. Automated access for research or indexing is fine within reasonable limits and subject to our robots file.
